01 Day: Arrival Trichy
You will arrive at the Trichy Airport, and get assistance from our representative. You will be transferred to the already booked hotel. Complete your breakfast and relax for some time following which you can take a tour of Trichy city. There you will visit places like Thanjavur Palace, built in 1550; the Brihadeshwara temple, known as the crowning glory of the architecture of Chola temple. This temple is listed in the World Heritage list. You will then view the Saraswati Mahal Library comprising of oriental manuscripts collections. Moreover, you will be fascinated to find how the library has more than 44,000 paper manuscripts and palm leaf in Indian and European languages. In the latter half of the day, you can take a tour of Srirangam and Malaikottai temple. Get back to your hotel and spend the night.

02 Day: Trichy - Vellore (275 kms: 4 - 5 hrs)
Check out from the hotel after breakfast and go to Vellore. Relax at the hotel and take a trip of The Golden Temple of 'Sripuram'. It is located within a small range of green hills in "Malaikodi". The temple is remarkable for its coating of pure gold in the interior and exterior. The beauty of nature is greatly reflected in the 100 acre temple. You can also visit, The Jalakandeswarar Temple with different courtyards. The outer one is the entrance to the temple, and it houses the main shrine. The other yard has the integral mahamantapa with sub-shrines. Drive back to your hotel and take rest for the night.

03 Day: Vellore - Tirupati (90 kms: 2 hrs)
The day will start with breakfast and you will then move to Tirupati. If you want, you can check the Vellore Fort prior to leaving for Tirupati. After all, it is the most significant landmark in the city. Once you reach Tirupati, check into the hotel. In the latter half of the day, you can visit the Tirumala Hills with the beautiful temple of Lord Venkateswara. The town is spread for over seven hills, and it offers the most picturesque setting for a pilgrimage centre. Take a Darshan of Lord Balaji and then go to Sri Padmavati Temple. It is at a distance of 5 km from Tirupati. A visit to Tirumala will be successful only after visiting Sri Padmavati Devi temple. Get back to Tirupati hotel for the night.

04 Day: Tirupati - Sri Kalahasthi (Excursion 35 kms: 1 hr) – Chennai (122 kms: 2 -3 hrs)
Start you day with a tour to Kalahasti. Take a view of the Shiva Temple here. It is one of the ancient Shiva Temples in South India. On visiting these, you will move towards Chennai, and check in to the hotel. Spend the evening in shopping. You will find many government emporiums selling authentic South Indian silk sarees. You can even shop ethnic items and craftwork. Spend the night at the hotel.

05 Day: Chennai
The day will start with breakfast and sightseeing of Chennai. You will visit the Marina Beach, the Santhome Cathedral, and the St. George Fort. Each of these is worth the visit and reflects deep history. The Kapaleeswara Temple, the oldest temple here is also worth the visit. Take a trip to the Snake Park, which has a huge collection of snakes and reptiles. Get back to your hotel for the night.

06 Day: Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram (150 kms: 4 hrs)
On completing breakfast, you will drive to Kanchipuram. This city is known as the ancient capital of the Pallava dynasty. It is a city of 1000 Temples and 124 shrines. The temples are fascinating with architecture and paintings. You will also visit Sri Kamakshi, Kailasanatha, Ekambaswara, and Varadarajaswamy temples. Do not miss out the silks here. You can try shopping. Following this, you will go to Mahabalipuram and check into the hotel. Take a tour of the city in the noon. The ancient Pallava port reflects antique sculptural marvels. The rock carvings are also fascinating and they depict several mythological episodes. The only shore temple houses both Lord Shiva and the Lord Vishnu and is therefore spectacular. Spend the night at the hotel.

07 Day: Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry - Kumbakonam (238 kms: 4 - 5 hrs)
On completing breakfast, you will drive to Kumbakonam. On the way, you will visit Pondicherry. Some of the prominent attractions here are Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Ganesh Temple, and Ecole Franà oised Extreme Orient. You will feel the influence of the French Catholicism through several churches. The Church of Our Lady of Angels is beautiful with an oil painting of the Lady of Assumption. Take a trip to the Auroville, and move to Chidambaram. The Natraj temple is famous here. You can continue moving towards Kumbakonam. On reaching, you will be transferred to the hotel and spend the night.

08 Day: Kumbakonam - Pudukkottai (90 kms: 2 hrs)
You will visit the Kumbeswarar Temple in the morning. Following this, you will go to the Nageswaran Temple built in the 12th century. Even the Dharasuram is a famous temple with fine carvings of musicians, dancers, and acrobats. It is even recognized as a World Heritage monument by UNESCO. Check out from the hotel and reach Pudukkottai. On reaching, you can check into the hotel. During the evening hours, you can spend your time in individual activities. Spend the night at the hotel.

09 Day: Pudukkottai
Start your day with a breakfast and sightseeing of Pudukottai. You will visit Sri Kokaraneswara Temple, which is famous as the rock cut cave temple. Later visit the Viralimalai Sanctuary, located about 40-km from Pudukkottai. The Peacock sanctuary and the Murugan temple are worth the visit. At Thirupunavasal, you can witness a Shiva temple known as Viruthapuraswarar Koil. The Shaivite saints sang hymns praising the Lord here. The rock cut temple at the Kunnandar Koil should also be a part of the trip. You will find several interesting and unique pieces of art. Stay overnight at the hotel.

10 Day: Pudukkottai
Completing breakfast, you will visit Kodumbalur, which is renowned for its archaeological importance. Visit the Muvarkovil, Muchukundeswarar temple to get an example of Tamilian art and architecture. Get fascinated by the amazing sculptures of the temple. Take a tour of the Thirumayam Fort, which is immersed in history. In Avur, you will find a beautiful church. Get back to your hotel and stay during the night.

11 Day: Pudukkottai - Trichy ( 55 kms 1 hr) - Onward Destination flight
You can visit the Rock-cut cave temple of Sri Gokarneswara Brahadambal. You can even visit Pudukkottai Museum for its rare collections in Zoology, Geology, Anthropology, Paintings, Archaeology and many more. You can even witness beautiful sculptures of different periods. Later, you might go to Kudumianmalai for visiting the Sikhagiriswarar temple. You will witness the inscriptions. The Agriculture Research Institute located here is very famous. In the latter half of the day, you can drive back to Pudukkottai. In the afternoon, you will check out from the hotel and head towards the Trichy airport. This is your final day and you will board your the scheduled flight towards your home town.
